I was looking into another item and noticed the logo for my client's Customer Hub account was missing. Not sure why or how this happened since no one has been in there or done anything with the template or the logo.
Here's what I did:
- In another browser, loaded the login page and the logo was missing from there too. (so it's more than a browser issue)
- Chose a new file to load in for the logo. (still no change)
- Deleted the logo all together and saved. Then went back and told the system to load the logo again and now it works just fine.
Just thought I would share in case someone else happens to run into this little quirk. 🙂
