According to reports from the National Association of Realtors, 97% of home buyers use the internet search for home.
Only 22% of realtors use social media to market those homes, and very few do it well.
So let's talk global statistics for a second, because we know people moved to Florida from all over the world.
According to Hootsuite, 4.72 billion people use the internet and 4.33 billion are active social media users.
And if I did my math correctly 92% of internet users are active social media users.
So let's specifically look at social media for a second.
Facebook is still number one, YouTube is number two, and so on.
